About Our Preschool
Welcome to Bright Skies International Preschool in Bangkok
We are a Ministry of Education licensed international early years preschool/kindergarten close to the Thonglor and Ekamai areas of Sukhumvit in the centre of Bangkok. With have a lovely team of teaching and auxiliary staff, overseen by myself, Ms Shayne Raffaud. I am an Early Years teacher and principal with over 25 years of experience in the teaching and management fields.
I have previously taught in Australia, Cyprus, France, Tunisia, Thailand, China, Singapore, Indonesia and Hong Kong and managed international preschools in Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Having spent most of my life in Asia, I firmly believe that early childhood education is most successful when it is academically enriching and enjoyable at the same time. Professional experience in international schools has shown me that teaching children via the best of Asian and Western education practices and developing fluency in a second language ensure young pupils experience an excellent start to life in an international world.
Our school is a colourful, happy and welcoming one; a vibrant and caring place for all who spend time in it. Achievements are celebrated, however great or small, and everyone has ample occasions to shine.
